Our Accessibility Goal
SurfLocal aims to make its public website and business software usable by people with a broad range of abilities, devices, input methods, and assistive technologies.
Accessibility is an ongoing product and engineering effort. Because SurfLocal includes both public pages and interactive business software, accessibility may vary by feature and workflow.
Design and Development
We work to improve readable structure, keyboard access, form labels, contrast, responsive layouts, meaningful controls, and compatibility with commonly used browsers and assistive technologies.
We do not represent that every SurfLocal page or third-party integration has been independently certified to a particular accessibility standard.
Third-Party Services
Some SurfLocal workflows may use third-party telecommunications, payment, embedded, or other technology services. Accessibility of those third-party interfaces may be controlled by the applicable provider.
Request Assistance
If you have difficulty accessing a SurfLocal page, tool, document, or feature, tell us what you were trying to access, the page or feature involved, and the assistive technology or device being used when relevant.
We will use the information to evaluate the issue and, where reasonably possible, provide an alternative means of access while a technical issue is reviewed.
